Chapter 11 The Little Lion Defeats the Big Lion
Chapter Eleven: The Little Lion Defeats the Big Lion
Chu Ye quickly ran to the side of the bushes and leaped over them. But as he leaped, he deliberately bumped into the branches of the bushes.
The lion brother paid no attention to Chu Ye's behavior. He thought that Chu Ye probably didn't have the strength to jump very high, which was why he couldn't leap over the top of the bushes.
Just as the lion brother ran to the bushes, a large swarm of bees suddenly flew out of the bushes, probably several hundred of them.
The bees immediately surrounded the male lion.
Clearly, these killer bees mistook the male lion for an intruder in their hive.
In that case, the lion brother was really wronged.
Originally, all of this was a trap deliberately set by Chu Ye. It wasn't that Brother Lion wanted to come to this place; he only came here because he was chasing Chu Ye.
But these killer bees didn't care how the lion got to this place; they just saw the lion closest to them when they emerged from the bushes.
They sensed that this male lion was trying to invade their hive, so naturally they were not going to be polite to it.
This sudden turn of events was quite unexpected for the lion brother.
Even the two lionesses following behind were dumbfounded and quickly took several steps back.
Of course, for Chu Ye, this was a plot he orchestrated.
He used this method to teach Little Black a lesson before, and today he's going to use it to teach this male lion a lesson.
Faced with a swarm of bumblebees, the male lion was completely dumbfounded. He was a fully grown male lion who had lived on this savanna for four or five years.
The lion knew how dangerous the African killer bees were. Although he was a strong lion, when faced with hundreds of killer bees, he could only think of one word: "Run!"
The older lion no longer cared about teaching Chu Ye a lesson. It knew perfectly well that it had to escape immediately. If it got stung by a bunch of killer bees, its life might be in danger.
Although lions are enormous, they are still in great danger if stung by hundreds of killer bees. Of course, it's unlikely that dozens of killer bees would kill an adult male lion.
The male lion had lost the will to fight any longer; how could it dare to contend with hundreds of killer bees? Seeing so many killer bees flying towards it, it had no choice but to flee.
"Awooo! — Awooo! —"
The older lion no longer wanted to fight for the throne. Now, he only thought about one thing: escaping for his life.
The older lion quickly ran towards a dense thicket in the distance.
It can only escape the attacks of these killer bees by burrowing into dense bushes.
Chu Ye stood not far away, watching his brother the lion escape, and felt extremely happy. Because all of this was just a scheme he had devised himself.
For Lisa and Elsa, however, it felt like a purely accidental event.
Chu Ye had just run through that thicket of bushes when he startled a swarm of killer bees.
This swarm of killer bees helped Chu Ye drive away the wandering lion.
But no matter what, the older lion had already run away. The remaining younger lion, seeing its brother gone, had no will to continue fighting.
At this point, Zeke had already gained the upper hand.
After all, it was a seasoned veteran, while its younger brother was just a rookie.
Although the male lion's size was no less than that of Zeke, it unfortunately lacked combat experience.
Now that the younger lion saw his older brother run away, he no longer wanted to fight Jik and quickly turned and ran away.
How could Zeke let it go so easily? After seeing its opponent run away, it chased after it.
It chased the male lion brother all the way to the edge of the territory, and only returned after watching the male lion brother run out of its territory.
Jike had initially wondered if his wives were still fighting with their lion brother.
But when it returned to the lionesses, it saw that the lionesses had already finished fighting and driven the male lions away.
Jike did not witness the scene where Chu Ye devised a plan to defeat his brother, the lion.
It was thinking that the two lionesses must have chased away the male lion.
Jike returned to the lionesses and licked their bodies with his tongue, as if praising their bravery.
The two lionesses just stared blankly at Jike, as if to say that this was all thanks to Chu Ye, not to them.
Chu Ye also felt a bit aggrieved. It was all his doing, but his father, the Lion King, hadn't seen it, which made him feel uneasy.
So Chu Ye walked over to Jike and roared at it a few times, as if to tell Jike that it was it that had chased away the male lion.
Jike watched as Chu Ye roared at it, but it didn't understand what he meant. So, it glanced at Chu Ye indifferently, then walked to the boulder where it often rested, climbed up, and lay down to rest.
This battle has taken a toll on the lion's stamina, and it definitely needs a good rest.
The two lionesses were the same; although they witnessed Chu Ye leading the male lion to the bushes, which then startled a swarm of killer bees and scared the male lion away.
But Lisa and Elsa had no idea that all of this was just a scheme devised by Chu Ye to scare away their brother, the lion.
Chu Ye felt a little wronged because his parents didn't understand him. He had helped them defeat the wandering lion for nothing.
But then he thought, "I'm a human, how can I be like these lions!"
Today was truly a very special day for Chu Ye. He had originally thought that it was rare for a pride of lions to encounter a male lion brother, and that it might be a long time before such an event occurred again.
What Chu Ye never expected was that this would happen so quickly. Just moments before, a male lion had invaded their pride, and then these two male lion brothers attacked again.
Fortunately, it all passed without serious harm. The Jike Lion Pride once again escaped danger and won a great victory. Of course, all of this is thanks to Chu Ye, a very special little lion.
Only Chu Ye himself knew all this; he could only remain an unsung hero.
However, Chu Ye didn't care. As long as their pride of lions was doing well and he could still live in it, he was already very happy.
Now that you've become a lion, don't bother with things that only humans care about.
