A woman’s voice that I could recognize was speaking from behind me but I didn’t get how they were here. How could she be here when I never saw her in person before?o see changing so quickly but I guess she doesn’t want me on a bad path.
You really must be important if Seraphine found a way to come here herself.
Rika? I didn’t know you were back already but yeah, I’m just as surprised. I wasn’t really expecting to see her in person like this so it is interesting.
"The fight is almost over but the leader isn’t going to go down easy. He is definitely a high ranking assassin. SS would be the appropriate rank for him." Seraphine warns me with some caution in her voice.
"What about the girl there?" I question while looking towards Luna.
"I restrained her already since you managed to calm your bloodlust." Seraphine answers without hesitation.
I’m actually surprised that it wasn’t that hard to do this time around, but I won’t question it too much. Though, the pain was starting to come back from those punches that Thomas dealt me.
I have a feeling that I’ll need quite a bit of rest after this fight is over so I can recover.
Pat... pat... Blood was dripping onto the floor, I could feel it going down my face.
"Are you going to be okay, Rokuro?" Seraphine asks with worry in her voice.
"I’ll be fine. I’ve been through worse." I respond with a laid back tone.
I cracked my knuckles, then my neck, and then my back before turning to face the others.
"I appreciate you helping me here, I’ll be okay now. Just don’t disappear right away. There are definitely some more questions to ask you." I said before walking away.
I’ll definitely ask her some questions once this fight is over with since she decided to come all the way here for me. I don’t want to miss the opportunity to get some answers about some things.
Bloodlust is always going to be a problem I gave though, I don’t think she realizes that.
She does, but you don’t have to let it shape who you are.
It’ll never do that so no one needs to worry about it.
