Chapter 252 - 252: Ch 252: Hidden Library

After the important discussions were over and the ladies were about to return, Elise asked Weiss for some of her time alone. Weiss was perfectly fine with that so she agreed and both of them went to the roof of Evan's house.In the large but a little empty roof, Elise looked at Weiss while radiating all her feelings. Her eyes were showing love, loyalty, adoration, affection, respect and many more such things.

Elise had never been shy about confessing her feelings to Weiss and she had already made the vow to be with her for eternity no matter what the circumstances were. But still, Elise once again felt like opening her heart to Weiss.

"Mistress Weiss, please allow me to thank you once again. If you had not saved me from the slave traders and the dark organization that time, I can not even imagine what my current circumstances would have been. As for my current strength, even this is the result of your help.

Just for these deeds alone, devoting my life to you will be appropriate but you even ended up showering me with love, care and appreciation.

So now, the gratefulness, respect and love I have for you has increased to an unimaginable degree. So much so that even I have no idea about its limit. But still, I want to show this love of mine in a tangible form.

Saying this much, Elise extended her hands toward Weiss while holding the necklace with the rare black gem. Understanding what Elise was trying to do here, instead of accepted it, Weiss lifted up her hair and then in soft tone, asked -

"Are you not going to help me to wear it ?"

Hearing this Elise immediately smiled and came behind Weiss. Then very gently she put the necklace on Weiss. Then as Elise took a look at her, she felt extremely glad that she had ended up buying it. This suited her mistress so well that it was insane.

Just as Elise was about to start praising Weiss, she was suddenly hugged. It was a tight hug and feeling it, Elise felt happy and satisfied. So obviously she also hugged Weiss back.

Both of them stayed like this for some time and then kissed once. Then finally they started to go downstairs. Throughout this whole touching event, Weiss had maintained her signature expressionless and cold face. But even then, Elise was very easily able to sense the love that Weiss had toward her.

After coming down, they decided to go back to the boss's house where they had stayed last night. Obviously Evan had invited them to stay in his house but Weiss had rejected the offer for the time being.

She was going to have a little appreciation party with the boss tonight and then they would shift here the next day. And when Weiss mentioned that, Evan obviously became very happy.

So just like that, everyone left but before actually returning, both Elise and Weiss decided to visit a tavern of this nation in order to gather some information there.

Both of the ladies hid their super sexy bodies in a cloak before going there. They were planning to gather some information first and then if Elise was interested, they could have some fun after the information gatherings was over. And that was the reason why the ladies were hiding their bodies for the time being.

The tavern that they ended up choosing, it was something that both the boss and Evan had recommended. The owner of this place was a very old knight and currently his grand daughter, daughter and son in law were running it.

This old man had a few students who were decently strong. So this place was quite secured with the presence of an old but true knight and several knight apprentices. With this being the case, over the years, this place had turned into something where most information exchanges ended up happening.

So, for Weiss and Elise, this was absolutely the best place to gather information. At the same time, Elise was also interested in trying out some of the liquor that this nation had to offer.

With these plans, they entered the tavern and found it to be super busy. Almost all the tables were full and three or four waitresses were running around all over the tavern.

Just like most places with alcohol, the people here were quite drunk and were obviously touching the waitress ladies. But instead of stopping it, the waitresses were actually encouraging this behaviour by moaning and playfully giggling after getting groped.

There were also a few tables where the males and females were doing some naughty and sexual things. But no one was being too open about this.

As soon as Weiss had entered this palace, she had started to use her powerful senses to hear what the people here were saying and she also used her super strong brain to analyse all that information as fast as she could.

Most of them were talking about trivial things but there were a few people who were discussing some important or even secretive things.

While doing this, Weiss and Elise walked up to a counter seat and ordered some drinks. Elise asked for whatever the bartender recommended and Weiss took mild fruit wine.

Even though she could prevent herself from getting drunk, Weiss was not fond of strong alcoholic taste. That was why fruit wine was suitable for her.

On the other hand, Elise liked to use her advantage of having an insanely high alcohol tolerance because of her realm to try out super strong drinks quite often.

Obviously, they had asked for some snacks to accompany the drinks. And as everything they had bought were quite expensive, the bartender treated them extra well.

While taking a sip of her mild fruit wine, Weiss heard something very interesting. It was about the discovery of a hidden library in an old mansion and about the current mansion owner having trouble in finding customers for those books.

When it came to books, Weiss was always interested in them. Even if the book was written in an unknown language, she could still try to decipher it.

So she decided to check it out and meet with the owner next day.

Even though it had not been long, Weiss had already gotten some juicy information. So what else would she get from here ?
