Chapter 251 - 251: Ch 251: Magical Beasts

For this meeting, Weiss took Elise and Apep to not the restaurant from before but to Evan's actual house. The location of this place was unknown to even the strongest of the nobles and the king of this nation but obviously Evan had told his goddess about his house.It was located within in the city but in an area that was completely hidden. Without knowing about its existence already, even Weiss would have some trouble finding it with her super powerful senses.

This was the result of another real and high quality magic item that was also given to Evan from his partner. This was Weiss's first time seeing the effect of a really high grade magic item and she was very impressed with it.

Weiss was given a medallion and as long as she had this, the magic was not going to target her. And by touching her, Elise and Apep would get the same treatment.

So with that, Weiss faced no problem and reached the house where Evan lived. It was a decently large and very cozy looking house.

Hearing the knocking Evan came out and opened the door. As soon as he saw his mistress, his eyes immediately lit up in joy.

So Weiss and everyone else came inside and then the introduction started. Obviously Elise was extremely beautiful but even after shaking her hands, Evan actually did not feel too much lustful toward her. He did feel something but it was nowhere near what he had felt for Weiss.

This fact solidified Weiss's position as a goddess in his mind even more. Only someone so amazing as her could awaken his lust so thoroughly. But still Evan was actually impressed with both the beauty and the power of this lady. She definitely was a suitable subordinate for his goddess.

Apep also got introduced next and even though Evan had heard about her from Weiss before, when he actually saw her, he became super surprised. But that was just to be expected.

Even in the magus world, he had never seen a monster being this intelligent. Magic beasts or magical monsters were quite intelligent but they were different and functioned in a different system called bloodlines.

Those great beasts had a special kind of aura that Evan was actually familiar with. But Apep did not have anything like that.

But still, her intelligence was truly something extremely mysterious. So, Evan guessed that this cute little snake might had a thin bloodline trace or a powerful bloodline that needed to be awakened.

As Evan told Weiss about this, she became very curious and immediately asked him about bloodline and the magical beasts.

Even though Evan was aware of these terms, he was not really very knowledgeable about this matter. But still, he told his goddess everything that he knew about this subject.

It was not just Weiss who listened to him carefully. Elise and Apep also did the same. Elise was just curious about this world where she and Mistress were going and for Apep, it was something that was related to her own source.

Still, Evan really was unable to tell much. Most of what he said were about his experiences of seeing beasts like these. In his life in the magus world, he had gotten this opportunity three times.

His first encounter with a magic beast was in a large city with a magus on top. This was one of the few cities that allowed both magi and common people to enter and interact freely.

So the magic beast that Evan had seen was a pet of a magus. It was a blue bird that was capable of manipulating it's size and using ice based attacks. Facing it, Evan was sure that he had no chance of defeating it.

His second encounter was in a forest where he was doing an investigation mission alongside a magus apprentice. The target of this investigation was a magic beast and his team was actually able to find it.

It was a deer that was capable of using the wood of the forest and also illusion. He or any of the other Knights would have been helpless against it but the magus apprentice was quite capable and had managed it kill this magic beast with the help of some kind of magic item.

In that mission, three of his colleagues had died to the deer before it was killed and the only reason why he was alive was because he was lucky. So magical beasts were definitely very scary.

And his final encounter with such a powerful beast had happened when he was travelling using an airship. Three large flying magic beasts had attacked the ship and they were very scary.

But this encounter had lasted for only a few seconds as there was an official magus on board and all three of these bird breasts were burned to a crisp by the crazy powerful fire spell of the magus.

Even though they did not really learn anything about bloodline from these stories, the ladies found them to be super interesting. Elise and Apep now were really looking forward to visiting this mystical world.

As for Weiss, she had actually learned a little about the bloodline from the stories. At least the fact that the bloodline was able to give the beasts powerful magical skills like the ability to control wood and create illusions.

So she praised Evan and voiced her hope that he would guide her just like this in the future too. And Evan accepted this order from his Goddess with a bowed head.

Then finally she told him about the permit that she had already secured and Evan immediately praised her for this. Actually he was planning to suggest this quicker route today and he was happy to see that his goddess was already aware of this.

All the things that Weiss had planned, Evan found each and every decision to be perfect. There were a few minor changes in the plans that he suggested with his knowledge about the local areas but they were truly minor adjustments.

Evan was actually extremely impressed with how truly amazing Weiss's planning and organizing abilities were. So just like this, the final planning was completed and now the ladies just needed to wait for their things to arrive.
